If you paid the full first month, there’s nothing pending. When you arrive, you just move in.

There are two ways to pay for the first month: in full with 10% off; or 50/50, which adds a 10% surcharge to the first month. The remaining balance is paid by card or cash, your choice on arrival; if you choose card, we coordinate the charge before check-in. The following months are coordinated with the host.

• Pay in full: 100% of the first month when you book, no remaining balance.
• 50/50: half today and half as the remaining balance, with a 10% surcharge on the first month.
• Following months are coordinated with the host: card, transfer, or cash.
• The initial payment is securely processed through Stripe.
• No security deposit, no extra advance month, no hidden fees.
