No guarantor, no co-signer and no endless paperwork. You book by card in your currency — the full first month with a discount, or half and half — and the place is entirely yours. Up to the check-in day you can cancel from your dashboard and receive the corresponding refund.

Choose your city and apartment
Every apartment is furnished and rented by the month, with stays starting at one month. Prices are shown per month, in the currency you choose.

Choose how to pay for your first month
Choose one of two options: pay in full with 10% off, or 50/50 with a 10% surcharge on the first month.

The place is all yours
No front desk, no check-in windows: just arrive and settle in. If you need more time, request it from the property page and we’ll coordinate the extension with the host.
Payment terms
Pay by credit or debit card, in the currency you see on screen. You can pay the full first month with a 10% discount, or split it 50/50 with a 10% surcharge on the first month. The remaining balance is paid by card or in cash. The following months are arranged with your host.

Your unique booking code
