Why is paying by card safe?

1 min de lectura

Because Stripe processes the payment with PCI Level 1 certification, and card payments are backed by your bank.

Your card details never touch our servers. The payment page is run by Stripe, the same infrastructure used by Amazon, Shopify, and millions of businesses, with PCI Level 1 certification audited every year.

The most important reason isn’t technical, though: it’s what happens if something goes wrong. A card payment leaves a record and is backed by your bank. A bank transfer, wire, or crypto payment is gone the moment you send it.

  • Encryption: your card number travels through TLS directly to Stripe.
  • No storage: HomeFlex can’t see or leak your card details.
  • 3-D Secure: many banks add a second verification step.
  • You have the right to dispute the charge with your bank if the service isn’t delivered.
