Pay the full first month with a 10% discount, or half and half with a 10% surcharge on the first month. Always by card and in the currency you see on screen.

You pay the first full month when booking
10% off the first month and your booking confirmed instantly. Utilities included, no cleaning fee and no remaining balance. It is the best value option.

You pay half today and half stays pending
You pay 50% of the first month when booking and the remaining 50% stays as the remaining balance. This option adds a 10% surcharge to the first month. You pay the balance by card or in cash, your choice on arrival; if you choose card, we arrange the charge before your check-in.

Your Money Is Protected
Payments are processed through Stripe. If you change your mind, up to the check-in day you can switch stays or cancel and receive the corresponding refund.
What if the place isn’t right for me?
Use your booking for another available stay at no extra cost, or cancel from your dashboard with one click up to the check-in day and receive the corresponding refund: it is issued within 24 business hours to the same payment method. No questions and no fine print.
