Is the home really held for me?

Yes. Once Stripe confirms your payment, the dates are blocked in your name and the host stops offering them.

Yes, and it’s verifiable. As soon as Stripe confirms the payment, three things happen: the dates are blocked on the calendar, the host receives your arrival details, and the listing stops accepting bookings for that period.

  1. 1You pay by card through Stripe’s secure checkout.
  2. 2The reservation is confirmed only after Stripe confirms the charge.
  3. 3The host receives your dates and prepares for your arrival.
  4. 4You receive your reservation code and instructions by email.

If something fails on our side — a host cancels, or a home becomes unavailable — we’ll move you to a comparable place or refund 100%.
