What am I paying when I book?
Your rent. When you book you choose how much to pay today: the full first month with 10% off, or half of it with a 10% surcharge. After that, you pay month to month.

What’s the minimum stay?
One month. You can stay as long as you need and extend from the same home.

What if I want to stay longer?
Request an extension from the same property. We’ll coordinate with the host so you can stay in the same home at the listed price.

Is the home really held for me?
Yes. Once Stripe confirms your payment, the dates are blocked in your name and the host stops offering them.

Can I book more than one home?
We’d rather you didn’t. If you’re choosing between two, tell us what you need and we’ll help you compare them before you pay.
