• Fully furnished: bed, equipped kitchen, linens, wifi, and expenses included.
• No security deposit, no guarantor, no local credit history, and no extra deposit month.

You pay one month at a time. You can pay the first month in full with 10% off, or split it 50/50 with a 10% surcharge on the first month.
