What am I paying when I book?

1 min de lectura

Your rent. When you book you choose how much to pay today: the full first month with 10% off, or half of it with a 10% surcharge. After that, you pay month to month.

When you book on HomeFlex, you’re not paying a commission, a platform fee, or a deposit you’ll have to chase later. You’re paying rent. Every dollar paid today goes toward your stay.

There are two ways to pay for the first month. Pay in full: you pay the entire month when you book with 10% off and no remaining balance. 50/50: you pay half today and half stays as the remaining balance; this option adds a 10% surcharge to the first month. The remaining balance is paid by card or cash, your choice on arrival. The following months are paid month to month at the listed price.

Once Stripe confirms your payment, the home is removed from the calendar and held in your name for the dates you chose. The host stops offering it and starts getting it ready for your arrival.

Up to the check-in day you can cancel from your reservation and receive the corresponding refund. You’ll find the details under Changes and cancellations.
