Can I visit a home before booking?

Protected pre-move-in visits are arranged after you complete the booking, and they're available for stays longer than 3 months.
The protected visit is part of the process: you book online first and the home is secured in your name, then you arrange the visit from your booking, and only then do you confirm, switch homes, or cancel within the applicable conditions.
