What do I need on move-in day?

Your photo ID and reservation code. If you paid the first month in full, there’s nothing else to pay.
The list is short: a photo ID (your passport works perfectly) and your reservation code. That’s all you need to get in.
Arrival instructions are sent by email and saved in your reservation: exact address, check-in time, how you’ll get the keys, and who to write to if anything gets complicated on the way.
- Photo ID.
- Your reservation code (take a screenshot in case you lose data).
- A charged phone, for move-in photos and to message us.
- No cash: nothing is paid at the door.
