When can I talk to the host?

Chat becomes available when your booking is active, so you can safely coordinate arrival, access and stay details.
You can start a booking from every listing. Once it is active, a direct conversation with the host opens to coordinate arrival, access and stay details.
- 1Open the listing you like and tap “Book”.
- 2Complete your details and activate the booking through secure payment.
- 3Message the host from the chat bubble, My messages or the card in My bookings.
The whole conversation stays inside HomeFlex. Nobody will ask you for personal documents or charge you outside the platform.
