If you choose a stay longer than 3 months, HomeFlex does not expect price increases during your stay. If an exceptional change had to be proposed, we would notify you sufficiently in advance before it applies so you can evaluate it.

If you want the price expressly fixed in writing, add local contract support when booking. The contract includes the listed monthly price, dates, and terms for the full chosen duration.
